The framework: nine skills and three milestones

English edition · Japanese

SOVREN Framework is a free handbook for small business owners who already have customers and revenue, to put AI to work in running the business. You build nine skills in order, connecting your business data, sales, finances, team, and capital into one flow.

Why sovereignty, and why own your Ontology, is in the Manifesto. This page is the map of in what order, and building what, you put it into practice.

Record reality
↓
Organize it so AI can read it
↓
Decide hypotheses and next actions
↓
A person checks, then acts
↓
Bring back customer reactions, numbers, and reasons for failure
↓
Update the Ontology and the plan

The nine skills aren’t separate tricks. Each one uses the data the previous one built.

Sovereignty isn’t a slogan; it’s something you manage. The nine skills are arranged to answer three questions.

2S2: Make information usablemaps of you, your company, and the market; a three-year planexisting customers, payments, and lost deals connect to the market hypothesis

4S4: Multiply your revenue streamsseveral revenue models, briefs, sales testsseveral revenue doors designed; at least one offered to a real customer
5S5: Build your money dataa monthly close for business and personallast month closed; one money decision made from the numbers
6S6: Manage your team with AIwhere people data lives, roles, instructions, acceptance, a dashboardwork handed to someone other than you was actually completed
7S7: Build an AI-centered team (Japanese)a shared Ontology and team operationsseveral people decide and update from the same information
8S8: Integrate information and optimize your capital plan (Japanese)an allocation plan for business and asset incometransfers and investments made by the allocation rules
9S9: Manage many things at once with AI (Japanese)a cross-portfolio view, regular reviews, recommended actionsneglected items detected and the outcome recorded

Milestone 1: a business model you can test — with S1–S4, build market, voice, and revenue models from your own reality, put them in front of customers, and bring the results back.

Milestone 2: a business that doesn’t depend only on you — with S5–S7, allocate work across you, AI, contractors, and partners while watching the numbers.

Milestone 3: a foundation you keep renewing — through S8–S9, review many businesses, projects, and assets regularly and decide the next allocation of resources.

(Milestone pass criteria are published in Japanese.)

  • S1 first: without your own data for AI to read, every skill turns into generic advice.
  • S3 after S2: publish before deciding customer and market, and the numbers go up without becoming business.
  • S4 after S3: without a sales path, you can’t test new revenue hypotheses.
  • S6 and S7 after S5: add people or contractors without watching the numbers, and fixed costs grow before revenue does.
  • S9 after S8: cross-portfolio management without allocation rules just makes longer lists.

The order doesn’t mean finishing each skill perfectly before the next. Build the smallest version, check it once against reality, move on — and come back when you need to.
