Own your context before AI defines it for you. An open-source framework for the age when AI becomes infrastructure.
What this is
Section titled “What this is”SOVREN Framework is a free, open-source method for a simple problem: when AI becomes as ordinary as electricity, the thing that keeps its value is not “being able to use AI” — it is keeping your own context (your judgment, your relationships, your field knowledge) in a form AI can read and act on.
It is not a prompt-engineering course. It is a way to build, on your own machine, an “Ontology” — your own map of how you decide, whom you work with, and what you have done — so that AI works from your context instead of returning generic answers to everyone.
The framework is nine skills across three sovereignties (self, voice, capital). It was written in Japanese and is used weekly in live classes in Yokohama, Japan. The English edition covers S1–S6 — from building your own system to choosing a market, getting heard, multiplying revenue, closing your books every month, and running a small team with AI. It is written for English-speaking business owners, not translated line by line. Every skill opens with a copy-paste path: prompts to paste into your AI agent, in order, so you can build as you read.
S1 — Build your own information system
The first implementation. Create a workspace AI can read, and start turning your thinking into a living map.
S2 — Make information usable
Take in the outside world, choose your market with data, and build a three-year business plan.
S3 — Take control of your voice
Turn your real work into content, and build a pipeline from posts to landing pages to inquiries.
S4 — Multiply your revenue streams
One center business, revenue stages in equations, new high-margin offers, and a monthly test cycle.
S5 — Build your money data
Close your business and personal books every month, with runway, a tax calendar, and alerts.
S6 — Manage your team with AI
Run a small team of AI agents and freelancers from your own dashboard.

The one idea
Section titled “The one idea”Before AI defines who you are, hold your own Ontology yourself.
AI now sits between us and our searches, purchases, and plans — arranging the options before we choose. What it decides from is an Ontology: a map of how a person or company decides, whom they work with, and what they have done. Leave that map borrowed inside someone else’s service, and the ground you decide from moves to their side — the deeper the dependence, the harder to leave. SOVREN Framework is a handbook for owning it, on your own computer.
The name comes from sovereign: keeping self, voice, and capital in your own hands.

Where it is practiced
SOVREN Framework is a free, open canonical text. It is tested in live classes in Yokohama, Japan, where people implement it in their own businesses with an instructor.
